Reawaken the Long-Silenced Voices of Connecticut’s Enslaved

WITH VOICES FREED AT LAST

Inspired by the Witness Stones Project, which honors enslaved individuals by researching their histories and placing memorial plaques at the site of their enslavement, four esteemed poets give voice to those long denied their humanity. Join us in the historic Meetinghouse as the Poets share powerful bio-poems created with the research assistance of historian Carolyn Wakeman.

The suggested donation level is $10.00
