SUMMARY:Poets & Prophets - A Formational Journey
DESCRIPTION:The Meetinghouse | Shields Hall Gallery – 602 Ridgebury Road\, Ridgefield\, CT\nStarts October 9\, 2026—10:30am (for full schedule see Journey Itinerary) \nFacilitated by Deborah Rundlett and Anne Elmendorf\nRSVP Deborah@Meetinghouse.life\n  \nDo you feel it? \nAn inescapable sense that you can no longer simply carry on as before. A quiet insistence that the wisdom you’ve spent a lifetime gathering is meant for something more than the roles that have defined you\, even the roles that you have loved? \nThis feeling rarely arrives all at once. More often it gathers slowly: the shape of your days shifting\, the weight of leadership easing\, the question of what comes next after decades of building and proving—and beneath it\, a hunger to give back in ways that matter differently now. \nEvery life reaches a moment when the work that once organized everything is no longer enough to organize everything. When competence and career alone cannot carry the weight of what’s being asked next. When the hunger presses for another way of being. This is not a stepping away—it is a threshold. \nPoets & Prophets is for those beginning to look past the shape of their life as it has been to risk letting go in order to step into a deeper way of being\, belonging\, and becoming. \n  \nPoet and Prophet are not roles or personality types. They are capacities of the soul. \n\nThe Poet listens beneath the noise—reclaiming memory\, meaning\, and identity beneath decades of performance and productivity.\nThe Prophet discerns misalignment and speaks courageously on behalf of what wants to be born—calling us toward coherence\, justice\, and wholeness\, even now\, even here.\n\nHeld together\, they root your gathered experience in depth and whatever comes next in imagination and responsibility. \nAcross a fall season of formation\, this cohort will guide you through three inner postures for crossing well—humility\, wisdom\, and integrity—and open with a guided threshold practice: naming what feels unfinished\, what no longer needs carrying\, and what is quietly insistent as you consider how to give back. \nWelcome to the path of Poets & Prophets. The crossing has already begun. \nThe Meetinghouse | Shields Hall Gallery – 602 Ridgebury Road\, Ridgefield\, CT\nStarts October 9\, 2026—10:30am (for full schedule see Journey Itinerary) \nFacilitated by Deborah Rundlett and Anne Elmendorf\nRSVP Deborah@Meetinghouse.life

SUMMARY:Poets & Prophets: The Architecture of Formation
DESCRIPTION:The Architecture of Formation\nA four-hour workshop on Being\, Belonging\, and Becoming\nDate: January 13\, 2027\nTime: 4–8 p.m.\nLocation: Zoom Webinar — attendance link will be sent prior to event via email\nCost: $25 \nRegister Here \n  \nWhat sustains transformation—and helps it take root in our lives\, communities\, and places? \nPoets & Prophets invites you to explore the architecture beneath the practice: the relationships\, rhythms\, stories\, and conditions that shape who we are becoming and how we participate in the world. \nAt the heart of this workshop is the Formational Set\, a relational and developmental framework centered on the dynamic movement of Being\, Belonging\, and Becoming. Its central proposition is that durable transformation begins with shifts in identity\, relationship\, perception\, and participation. As these deepen together\, new ways of living and acting become possible. \nThrough guided reflection\, embodied practice\, shared inquiry\, and small-group conversation\, we will explore: \n\nBeing: What grounds my life\, and how is my sense of self being formed?\nBelonging: Which relationships and communities nurture our capacity to grow?\nBecoming: What is emerging\, and how are we called to participate?\nGenerativity: How might what is formed in us contribute to the flourishing of Soul\, Earth\, and the Common Good?\n\nTogether\, we will trace the movement from The Summons\, an invitation to undertake the journey\, into Poets & Prophets\, a community of practice. We will explore The Way of Flourishing as a shared Rule of Life and consider how the particular ecology of a place—its people\, stories\, gifts\, and conditions—helps formation take root and become generative beyond itself. \nYou will leave with a working map of the Architecture of Formation\, the beginnings of a personal or communal Rule of Life\, and a concrete next step for nurturing formation in your own context. \nThis workshop welcomes leaders\, practitioners\, community builders\, and anyone asking how to live and lead with greater depth\, wisdom\, and care. No prior familiarity with the framework is needed. Bring your questions\, your lived experience\, and a willingness to practice and learn alongside others. \nFacilitator: Deborah Anne Rundlett\, D.Min.\, founder of Poets & Prophets\nDate: January 13\, 2027\nTime: 4–8 p.m.\nLocation: Zoom Webinar — attendance link will be sent prior to event via email\nCost: $25 \nRegister Here \nWhat is taking shape in you—and what might it make possible for the world? \n
