Others have participated in retreats\, offering valuable feedback on an emergent theory of Formation.  You also participated in online cohorts with global leaders\, and generously shared your journeys\, wisdom\, and insights. Your contributions helped to shape the development of a Formational Journey for Change Leaders\, blending theoretical knowledge with practice. This work has now been distilled into a TEDx Talk on its way to being a book. \nOn Sunday\, April 27th at 4:00 PM\, we would love to share this talk with you\, followed by an after-hours reception in the Market located in the Martinsen Barn.  You will also get to meet the Meetinghouse & Market team! \nRSVP below.
