Lunchtime Meetinghouse Flow

Same vinyasa-based sequence as Meetinghouse Flow, but more focused for a 45-minute class that can easily fit into the rest of your daily routine! Our signature class (aka Vinyasa Yoga). A flow centered on our breath, each class features a thoughtful sequence that builds to standing and balance poses. This is a 45-minute class for all levels with variations offered throughout the practice.

$25/class. Pre-registration preferred. Online registration ends 30 min before class — after that we ask that drop-ins pay in cash or Venmo.

NOTE: Class time is 12:00 pm – 12:45 pm.
