In 2025, with help from the team that created the charming Greiser’s Coffee & Market in Easton, Connecticut, our Market came to life. We’ve blended rustic furnishings and modern equipment to turn a former sheep barn into an inviting cafe and shopping space. Walls of windows offer calming views of our grounds and wetlands to display nature’s glory in every season, and our ambience embraces guests with the feeling of home.
Our chefs and baristas offer a selection of specialty coffees and teas, fresh-baked pastries, sandwiches, salads, and soups. The Market stocks convenient and gourmet groceries plus a thoughtfully curated selection of gift merchandise and home goods.
