Prenatal/Postpartum Slow Flow Yoga

Join other expecting moms to learn how to center your attention on your breath regardless of what is going on around you. This class will focus on safe and compassionate poses that will support your changing body. Please come with a mat and water (and blocks or a strap if needed) and be ready to find a little me time. Variations will be offered throughout your practice. Please note that the Slow Flow classes are also prenatal friendly.
