About the event
Come away feeling lighter, clearer, and beautifully reconnected. Experience a transformative journey of deep relaxation and healing through the combined practices of a Vibrational Sound Therapy and Reiki. This unique session promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in soothing sounds produced by various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These sounds, played by Laura Alvarez, create a tranquil environment that helps to quiet the mind and release tension.
- Reiki Healing: Enjoy the gentle, restorative energy of Reiki as JoAnn Inserra lays hands on or near your body. This energy healing technique promotes balance and harmony within the body, facilitating deep relaxation.
