Storytime Yoga!

Through stories, songs and yoga-inspired creative play, we will introduce your little one to the wonder of yoga! Adults and children should come dressed to move, be ready to participate together, and most importantly, prepare to have fun. This class is best for movers — crawlers through age 5 — but siblings on either side are more than welcome. Perfect timing to head into the cafe following class for a snack together.

$25/class. Pre-registration preferred. Online registration ends 30 min before class — after that we ask that drop-ins pay in cash or Venmo.

Note: Class time is 10:45 am – 11:30 am.
