Come flow with us as we connect our movement to our breath to build a little warmth and quiet the mind. This is a 60-minute class for all levels with variations offered throughout the practice. Be ready to increase your physical strength and flexibility along with your mental strength and flexibility. All levels are welcome. Please bring a mat, water and props if needed.
