Yoga and Reiki Workshop

Our second yoga and reiki workshop lead by Kristy Liesegang, RYT – 500 and reiki master and Megan Couri, reiki master will blend restorative yoga with the healing practice of reiki. Infusing reiki healing all throughout the workshop, each restorative yoga pose (lasting approx 6 min) will target a specific chakra/energy center.
- Early bird pricing $65 until 5/4.
- Regular $75.
