Parents Insights Gathering: Help Shape the Youth Leadership Initiative
Do you have a middle schooler in Danbury or Ridgefield? We’re launching the Youth Leadership Initiative (YLI) this fall: 9-month, hands-on leadership program designed to empower students to become changemakers in their communities. As we prepare, we want to hear directly from you.
Join us for a one-hour focus group at The Meetinghouse, where parents and caregivers will gather to share insights, ideas, and hopes for how leadership development can best serve this age group. The conversation will be guided by Fanta Waterman, who will ask key questions and invite your feedback as we shape the program together.
