Dr. Deborah Rundlett

Dr. Deborah Rundlett is the director of The Meetinghouse and pastor of Ridgebury Congregational Church. With a rich background spanning business, academia, and the church, Debbie brings a wealth of experience to her leadership roles. She was part of the advertising launch team for the IBM-PC, taught a doctoral track in leadership, and served congregations in Connecticut, New York, and San Diego. For twelve years, she served as a judicatory leader for the Presbyterian Church (USA), before transitioning to coaching at LeaderWise, a consultancy based in Minneapolis.

Debbie is the Founder of Poets & Prophets at The Meetinghouse, a community of practice for change leaders committed to the flourishing of both people and planet. She is also a founding steward of the Global Consciousness Institute, a member of the steering board for the Humanistic Leadership Academy, and a member of the Ridgefield, CT America 250 committee for the Town of Ridgefield, where she lives.

Her conviction is that the whole leader requires the whole person: body, mind, and soul. As a global coach and facilitator, Debbie designs transformative journeys that integrate perennial wisdom, change leadership principles, and regenerative practices to foster individual and collective flourishing. She particularly enjoys working with interdisciplinary teams.

Debbie holds a Master of Organizational Development (Phi Beta Gamma) from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a Doctor of Ministry from Wesley Theological Seminary, a Master of Divinity from The Divinity School at Yale University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Sweet Briar College. She is also highly credentialed with certifications from the Center for Creative Leadership, the Presencing Institute (MIT), Korn Ferry, Discovery Learning, and Case Western Reserve University. An experienced speaker and facilitator, Debbie has presented at numerous conferences and universities. She retains her ordination in the Presbyterian Church (USA), with standing in the United Church of Christ (UCC).

Currently, her research focuses on developing a Formational Set that draws from perennial wisdom, change leadership, and prospective memory. She believes that now, more than ever, we are called to make a collective leap to a new level of consciousness in order to thrive. 

She is married to Dick Greenwood, and together they live in a pre-Revolutionary War home in Connecticut with their Labrador Retriever, Abby. They have one daughter.
