A Word from the Director
We like to say that we are one house, many rooms as we gather, grow & flourish at The Meetinghouse.
Four years ago, we entered into conversation with you, the community, about how we can best serve. Your response: Provide a gathering space for the arts, community, farm & land, and wellness. As we settle into our new reality with Covid, our programmatic offerings are gently resuming.

And, we are thrilled to be welcoming back the Theatre Barn, this time with a command performance of Eccentric Women of Ridgefield. You can Buy Tickets here
On exhibit through the end of January is Marcia Simha, with the House of Prentice in February.
On the construction end of things,
Phase 1 — the painting of the historic Meetinghouse was completed last summer. We are ever thankful to our donors and Preservation Connecticut for making that happen.
Phase 2 — The Martinsen Barn will commence as soon as permits are issued. Our general contractor Gerald Roche assures us that the space will be ready for Cornerstone (lower level) and a coffee shop (upper level) by summer.
Phase 3 — Work on Shields Hall and the commercial kitchen will begin as soon as funds are in place.
The Capital Campaign is running concurrent to the construction. Currently, the Ridgebury Congregational Church is serving as our fiscal sponsor, to allow for fully tax-exempt gifts, while we complete incorporation and the 501c3 process. To make a gift, please use this link.
