Do you feel it?
An inescapable sense that you can no longer simply carry on as before. A quiet insistence that the wisdom you’ve spent a lifetime gathering is meant for something more than the roles that have defined you, even the roles that you have loved?
This feeling rarely arrives all at once. More often it gathers slowly: the shape of your days shifting, the weight of leadership easing, the question of what comes next after decades of building and proving—and beneath it, a hunger to give back in ways that matter differently now.
Every life reaches a moment when the work that once organized everything is no longer enough to organize everything. When competence and career alone cannot carry the weight of what’s being asked next. When the hunger presses for another way of being. This is not a stepping away—it is a threshold.
Poets & Prophets is for those beginning to look past the shape of their life as it has been to risk letting go in order to step into a deeper way of being, belonging, and becoming.
Poet and Prophet are not roles or personality types. They are capacities of the soul.
- The Poet listens beneath the noise—reclaiming memory, meaning, and identity beneath decades of performance and productivity.
- The Prophet discerns misalignment and speaks courageously on behalf of what wants to be born—calling us toward coherence, justice, and wholeness, even now, even here.
Held together, they root your gathered experience in depth and whatever comes next in imagination and responsibility.
Across a fall season of formation, this cohort will guide you through three inner postures for crossing well—humility, wisdom, and integrity—and open with a guided threshold practice: naming what feels unfinished, what no longer needs carrying, and what is quietly insistent as you consider how to give back.
Welcome to the path of Poets & Prophets. The crossing has already begun.
