The Shane Peters Electric Trio is an exciting group led by guitarist Shane Peters. Shane, a staple in the CT music scene, has become a sought-after sideman, leading to gigs at the Oakdale Theatre, Jazz at Lincoln Center, the iconic Blue Note in NYC, and The Falcon in Marlboro, NY. Shane has also played internationally, sharing his sound with audiences worldwide.
The Sound
The trio’s sound is a vibrant one, weaving together jazz, fusion, soul, and rock. Their repertoire is a carefully curated selection of music from some of music’s most innovative minds, in addition to original compositions.

For this special engagement, Shane Peters is joined by two exceptional musicians. On bass is Doug Toussaint, whose musicality provides a firm foundation for the group’s improvisational flights. On drums, Jerrod Cattey brings a nuanced touch, driving the band forward.
