The Ridgebury Meetinghouse, Inc. serves as a community innovation hub, bringing together people from diverse backgrounds to gather, grow and flourish. Together, we create a brave space where leaders of all ages collaborate toward shared well-being and a healthier planet.
To that end, we carefully curate programs for the community with a focus on
- The Arts, nurturing creativity through visual, performing, written and musical expression;
- Community through provision of a market cafe and many rooms–inside and out–in which to gather, grow and flourish together;
- The Land, honoring the land and reconnecting with the natural rhythms of nature;
- Wellness, a re-centering of self and reconnecting of body, mind and soul.
- Wisdom, for the nurture of leaders of all ages
Wellness Classes
Wellness at The Meetinghouse is a place of refuge from our hectic lives. We know that self-care is self-preservation. But we also know that we don’t always make time for it. We have intentionally created a space for you to come nurture your body and mind while being in community.
