Fairfield County’s Community Wellbeing Index

Fairfield county community wellbeing index with smiling people

Part of our mission at The Meetinghouse is gathering community members together to create a dialogue toward the ways we can improve our community.

Anita Howard, PhD – Adjunct Professor and Executive Coach, Department of Organizational Behavior at Case Western Reserve University – facilitated a discussion relating to the Fairfield County Community Wellbeing Index 2023.

Our morning started with an informative presentation by Joseph Collin, VP of Philanthropy for Fairfield County’s Community Foundation. We reviewed the in-depth report that informed us about key indicators of wellbeing, quality of life, and economic opportunity in Fairfield County. The report is produced by DataHaven with support from Fairfield County’s Community Foundation and a diverse coalition of funders.

Here is a link to the report:

Anita Howard helped us think about how we can improve our community work for all members using our individual skills. We left with action items as to how we can work towards a Fairfield County that offers opportunities for all members of the community.

Here are some photos of the event. Ridgefield High School student art show adorn the walls.
